OKRs is one of the best frameworks that helps organizations to achieve their goals. The term was popularized by Google’s adoption of them, and has since been used by many companies.

Not familiar with OKRs? It's simple:

1. Write down your goal
   Objectives set a clear direction and are inspiring
   Objectives DO NOT contain a number.
   Example: Turn our website into a lead generation machine
2. Assign three key results for a period of time (30-90 days), or measurable objectives that you can track
   Key Results are metrics that measure the success of an Objective, like the number of sales (Get examples for Sales OKRs) or website traffic (Get examples for Marketing OKRs). They are things you influence.
   Key Results are not things you do, like completed projects or launched products.
   Example: Achieve 400 website leads per month
3. Work on tasks (i.e. initiatives) that you believe will influence the Key Result.
   Initiatives are projects or other activities that you believe will influence your Key Results.
   Initiatives do not indicate success; success is dependant on progress of Key Results.
   Example: Create 8 new landing pages

Studies have shown that committing to a goal up front can improve employee performance, And by creating a venue for your team to commit to specific objectives and measurable results in public, everyone can see what the team is working on, increasing employee engagement in the process as well.

Use various filtering to create views for individuals, teams and departments. Use chart perspective to track progress towards your objectives so everyone can easily zoom in on exactly what matters to them.
